Cookie Policy
1. The short version
Spontyx uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the game. We set no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking cookies, and we do not let anyone else set cookies on spontyx.com. That is why there is no cookie banner: nothing we use requires your consent under the ePrivacy rules, and there is nothing to opt out of.
2. What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small text file your browser stores for a website and sends back with each request. Local storage and session storage are similar places in your browser where a site can keep data; they are not sent with requests. We use both kinds for the purposes below.

The application may also cache pages and static files in your browser through a service worker so that it loads faster and can be installed to your home screen. That cache holds no personal data.
4. Third parties
Stripe. If you subscribe, the checkout page is hosted by Stripe on Stripe’s domain and Stripe may set its own cookies there for fraud prevention and to complete the payment. Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy and are not set on spontyx.com.
Google and Apple. If you sign in with them, their sign-in page runs on their domain under their cookie policies.
No other third party sets cookies through the Service. We do not embed social-media widgets, advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
5. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie you will not be able to sign in. Clearing site data signs you out and clears the storage listed above; nothing else is lost, because your games and progress live on our servers, not in your browser.
Browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals: we do not track you across other sites, so there is nothing for these signals to disable.
6. Changes
If we ever add a cookie that needs your consent, we will update this policy and ask before setting it. See also our Privacy Policy.
